Naim Yavuz, as one of the pioneers of the Turkish label industry, has reshaped the industry with his innovative work since 1988. Thanks to his vision, the Turkish label industry has achieved resounding success in the international arena, opened up to new markets, and taken strong steps in exports. Naim Yavuz, who proved himself in the global label world with his prestigious FINAT membership since 1992, took on active duties in the FINAT marketing committee board for 4 years. Yavuz, who was elected to the FINAT Board of Directors in 2002, left this position due to his withdrawal from label production. He also continued to add value to the sector as a board member of the Packaging Manufacturers Association for 4 years. Naim Yavuz, one of the founders of the Turkish Label Industrialists Association, has successfully served as its president for two terms. In his private life, he is happily married to his wife Ayten Yavuz, a teacher, with whom he married in 1982. Naim Yavuz, the father of two daughters, reflects his success in business life in his family life.

Moris Pinto has achieved great success in sales and export management positions in many local and international companies since he entered the sector in 2005. In the label and packaging world, it has made a difference in the sector with its visionary approach and customer-oriented solutions and has brought a breath of fresh air to the sector. Since 2011, Moris Pinto, who has added value to the sector in senior positions in companies providing machinery and equipment, continues to serve the sector by joining forces with Naim Yavuz under the roof of Namopak in 2022. Showing the same success in his family life, Moris Pinto is married and has three children. His strong ties with his extended family inspire his in both his professional and personal life.
